UI/UX Designer

Job summary:
A Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in UI/UX domain, who has technical certification from reputed institute. Must have a strong portfolio of Web and Mobile Apps. To excel in this role, you must:

• Never stop learning.

We are looking for people who can:

• Execute all aspects of User Experience design, including analysis, IA, wire-framing, prototyping, workshops & stakeholder sessions.
• Strong UI skills and ability to execute all aspects of interface design.
• Design for iOS, Android, Mac, Web and other media devices
• Communicate design decisions both internally and with clients, build trust between clients and design team.
• Be experienced in UX and UI.
• Facilitate & drive customer workshops (before, during and after project completion)
• Research and develop new user experience/user interface ideas.
• Provide UX & design recommendations based on analytics, customer feedback and best practices to our clients.
• Advocate for UX among clients, partners, and internal teams (project managers, sales teams) to share our vision and goals.
• Work closely with other designers to fulfill project requirements & day to day tasks.
• Work closely with developers to understand technical requirements.
• Direct communication with our customers
• Proven skills in typography, composition, color theory, templates, and layout
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the latest design trends and techniques and applications and software requirements.
• Produce creative assets including banners, outreach documents, brochures, fact sheets, invites, presentations, gifs, poster designs for marketing activities across multiple channels.
• Define design guides for Web and Mobile App.
• Planning and designing new Web/Mobile based applications.
• Manage and update, existing applications.
• Design conversion into Mark Up pages.
• Understanding for cross-platform activities & design conversions.
