One of the largest US automaker wants to integrate dealer service warranty claims submitted from their DMS systems (such as R&R and UDP) into their dealership portal.

Solution:

Audax Labs team developed a cloud-based solution to integrate warranty claims into their dealer portal. This end-to-end solution enabled the dealership to store and sync data to Azure Cloud and create warranty data feeds from DMS warranty claim system to dealer warranty system on Cloud. Warranty reports were automatically generated for dealerships to view their warranty claims, warranty status, parts shipment, return, recalls, and so on.
